Returns and Refunds

HarmonyBath.com, by Harmony Bath Products LLC, accepts returns or exchanges on NEW and UNUSED products purchased within 30 days of shipment date. Permitted returns of "New and unused product(s)" means the product has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in re-saleable condition, and is returned in original packaging, including all parts/component, accessories, instructions, manuals, etc. as originally shipped to customer.

 

Due to the hygienic nature of toilets and bidet products, any products that have been connected to water supply or used in any way are not eligible for return due to health risks and HarmonyBath.com policy. Returns MUST be returned in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included, or be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, or more, which shall be determined by HarmonyBath.com, by Harmony Bath Products LLC.

 

Requests for Return Authorization’s must be received within 30 days from the date of Shipment.  Requests received 31 or more days following shipment MAY be granted, at Harmony Bath Products’ sole discretion.

 

To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate a return, Customers must contact us to obtain an RMA number, via email: Support@HarmonyBathProducts.com

 

Claims for goods damaged upon delivery must be received within THREE (3) business days, following delivery, as recorded by the Carrier.  Please check all delivered packages/boxes and contents for damage upon delivery.  Customer may choose to refuse delivery by not signing or accepting damaged packages and asking the Carrier to return to Sender.

In the event of damage upon delivery, please notify us with details and photos so that we may promptly replace damaged product(s).

 

Return requests should include:

  • Original Order Number

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Customer address

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) clearly showing damage

  • Desired resolution: Replacement Request, or Refund Request

 

Package(s) or product(s) refused upon delivery or returns shipped without an RMA number are subject to a 20% restocking fee or denied refunds. Customer is responsible for Return Shipping Charges.  Within the US, returns should be shipped via similar Carrier and method used for delivery to customer (palletized and shipped via LTL - less than truckload Carrier, or small-package Carrier - UPS, US Postal Service, or FedEx), WITH INSURANCE. 

 

HarmonyBath.com, by Harmony Bath Products LLC is not liable for damages incurred during shipment; however, items reported as damaged within THREE (3) business days of delivery may be promptly exchanged or replaced, following receipt of claim, photographic evidence and documentation.

HarmonyBath.com, by Harmony Bath Products LLC reserves the right to deny returns and full refunds, based on the terms of this Return Policy. 

 

Return shipping instructions will be provided along with RMA number, for qualified returns based on the Return Policy.
